All aftercare services are free for the first year when you buy your new hearing system through Digitone. And after the first year, you have lifetime membership of the Privilege aftercare scheme.
Our aftercare consulting facility has all the latest hearing technology and equipment, including a video otoscope for detailed ear examinations and test boxes to help diagnose faults.
So you get the most from your hearing system, we encourage you to come and see us every six months to have your hearing re-assessed and your hearing aids cleaned and reprogrammed accordingly. Digitone’s expert aftercare staff are here to offer a friendly and efficient service.
With the Digitone Discount Battery Club you also get half-price batteries for the life of your hearing aid. It’s free to join, and you receive regular updates about our latest hearing aid offers, discounts and new products.
